Looks like a great start.  I have an '89 that needs a top end and a 2001 KX250 with a late KX500 stuffed in it.  It still needs the fuel tank fitted.

Very nice portwork as I know...after 20 years, it's trying to remember how you did it or trying a better way to do it over the old way that takes too long way...

very cool. the notched cyl sleeves for the studs is nice, did that to an rd250 i added boysen ports too.
