R5 -> RD “Re-Frame” Build....

Hats off to Yambits for their R5 chain pullers.  I immediately noticed how heavy they were, and after examining them they are super nice.  Much nicer than the originals.  Check them out:

Broke my 12 day quarantine to take my parts to the chroming shop.  Took the opportunity to go to the grocery store and loaded up on food. 

53 parts to chrome, $335.  2 parts to powder coat, $50.  Yay I am under my $500 budget. 

Time to start up the polishing wheel.  That will be the project this week.  Need to forge ahead before it gets nice out, because then comes yard work.

Since I am just about to the point where it's time to begin assembling, I decided to tidy the garage up today before I get going.

Mocked up, then drilled the HVC Kickstand Relo parts....pissed that I forgot to get the kickstand powder coated to match....
