Although Chloroform is just bleach, alcohol and acetone mixed together, and you could probably make it yourself, I dont think i would like to try buy it personally. Id probably end up on some kind of list.

You need to review the chemistry of chloroform. Not necessary for motorcycle work. Absolutely imperative for cyclotron ion source and targetry cleaning.
