Alright here's the initial head pull and aftermath.

Doesn't look super bad. I have some vertical scoring on the right cylinder but none visible on the left. I can't catch my fingernail on them though. So that might be closer to normal than not? It has the slightest sparkle of aluminum on top of the piston on the left side.
Both heads looked ok minus a bit of carbon buildup.

I think I caught it before it destroyed the top end.

Crank will need pulled and checked. (Replaced who am I kidding.)

I will be pulling the motor soon. Hopefully sometime this week after work. Garage is still a disaster. All it all takes is time.
