Never heard of JTT nor can I find anything on the web under that name.
If you meant JE they are made in the USA and I used them alot on my EX250 race bikes.
I don't think they make anything for vintage Jap bikes though.

How much are they going for? Ive seen Banshee pistons advertised for $14 for a set before.
That said, price point isn't always a good guide as the price range on places like ebay can be all over the place.

they look like new old stock from way back . doesn't mean they are good... id consider using cruzin image pistons @ that price point. Ive run these in the t500 for almost 4 years, they are doing great.

thanks mark, i've used cruzinimage piston kits on my gt250, 380, 550, and alsorts of other odd engines i've built like the gt285. never had a problem with them. the watercooled project i'm building is a ramair gt250 bottom end with a rd250lc top end grafted on. the barrels are bored out to +1.5mm now, and one of the barrels has a bit of scoring on it, so rebore out to 56mm coming up - hence the standard dt125 or rd125 piston kits. apparently the 250 proddy racers did this and it gave them a 266cc. anyway, i've decided to not risk buying cheapo piston kits and go for some made by imd pistons here in england. i've had stuff off them before - but not pistons - and it's always been top quality
cheers, gil.
