What rearsets are these?

These appear to be home made to me but I could be wrong. The guy I bought the RD from said he purchased them back in the 80's. I'm not going to be using them as I purchased the slipstream cycles rearsets.

Interesting. This bike had old SpecII chambers and the rearsets. They worked pretty well on the test ride. I think I'm going to media blast them and give them a new life. Maybe someone will want them.
