Jetting recommendations for the RZ350?

Jetting recommendations for the RZ350? I am buying a Y filter/uni, jolly moto pipes, can anyone recommend proper jetting, I know its an iterative process but a good head start will save me some time. Thanks

On my RZ, running Allspeed pipes. Stk carbs, Dynojet carb kit, Yboot with big K&N filter.
410 main
Needle on 2nd notch from top.
22.5 pilot
a/s 1.5 turns
