This thing is kinda wild.  I came across this because someone posted about it in a Facebook group the other day.  It's a 4 cylinder, 8 piston engine!  The 2nd set of pistons are smaller and I believe control the ports opening and closing.  You need to play the video clip on this page too.  Truly the sounds of Hell!

The video in the article is on Youtube.  That was the only video of the car I've seen in my limited searching.

My friend who perfected TPI before KTM copied it is working on a opposed piston design at the moment, probably 1 of the hardest designs to get your head around what is going on
The guy has some very out there designs, 1 of his motors runs no throttle body & variable disc valve induction as well as his mark 2 TPI, it's a work of art that runs in a YZ250 chassis
