Stator phases RZ wiring white wires

Hello!

rewiring a RZ350 stator. plug  The original plug was missing so i'm not sure which of the three stator phases is supposed to go to which of the leads on the plug.

Can anyone advise?  Square plug, 3 white and 1 blue wire.  Does it matter which white wire ends up linked?

Generally I would think similar color so doesn't matter but i'm not positive on the operation of the 3 phase stator.

The 3 white wires can be connected any way you want. The blue wire I'm not sure, but on the AC models, it is for the neutral light switch.
