As I now have removed the stock muffler hanger/ brake pivot/passenger peg plate on my 350, I can also remove the steel spacer, and use a shorter 10mm aft bottom engine mount bolt.
As I now am away at work until January, I have plenty of time for online parts shopping......

So what I need to know is what length of M10x1.25 bolt is required when removing the mentioned parts. Or alternatively, what is the outside measurement of the bottom aft engine mounting lugs on a RD350 frame (I will then add approx 10 mm for the nut, in case you wondered)

Outside measurement is 120MM. I am in the process of doing the same thing.

Thanks! It will be a 130 or 135 mm bolt then 😁
(Sort of unfortunate, though...Longest M10 Ti bolt from ProBolt is 120 mm...) Money saved I guess....

Cost varies greatly depending on where you buy. I just got a M10 240mm TO bolt for the front engine mount on my bike from China for $28. Racetch site has a pair of similar size. And they it will most likely have been made in China.

No, not hollow. The head is dished a bit though.
Price is under $30, plus shipping.

I perused their site last night  a guy could go broke adding lightness with that hardware! Gorgeous, though, and titanium feels so good in your hands it's a shame to bury most of it inside an engine case. I'd carry it around and fondle it for a week or so before installation
