Throttle cable

Hello,
I'm trying to install a R5350 Throttle Cable from HVC. Does anyone have experience with their cables or those from Economy cycle?
Seems it is too long. Carb slides are bottoming out. I have throttle adjuster by the handle grip all the way backed out and adjusters at top of carbs all the way backed out

May be I need a guide to throttle cable installation.
Any advice appreciated as the weather is getting very nice where I am

You may have got a cable for RD high top carbs or aftermarket carbs.

^ this. high top carb cables is what you have, which wont work for the r5 short tops. the lower cables are the issue.
