Yea, it's also a baby motorcycle, where ringing its neck is the norm for freeway speeds. I blew mine up (as Mark might remember) a few years back on the freeway, just trying not to get run over.

I've been absent for a while now, but that's because we have a new little two stroke enthusiast on our hands. Born May 5th. This one is always wanting a full gas tank, or he gets cranky!

We had a long stint in the hospital for mom (40 days) and another long NICU stint for baby boy (30 days).Big brother is super happy, and jealous of all the attention this little firecracker gets. Everyone is doing ok so far. My wallet has cobwebs in it, but that's to be expected when you hit the max out of pocket for insurance and have a well pump take a shit all in the same month... It's only money after-all!

Ahh, sweet.  I'm pretty far from needing it at the moment but thanks.
Still looking for a set of Denco pipes and some other doodads.

I wanted to go again this year with my buddy, but we just had a new addition to the family and a well pump replacement/plumbing repair for $5,000 on top of medical bills. Basically, fun plans over lol.

Turning Wrenches / chain conversion

Is there a lighter weight chain conversion for the RD's?  530 chain seems a little heavy for these bikes; I see the newer 400's at the track with lighter chains on them, they look almost like bicycle chains, and those are a higher HP bike, so I was just wondering.

I took a few years off myself.  In the past five years the event has really exploded.  Attendance seems way up.  Part of the camping area is a giant party.  I've been 8 times I think and yea, rain makes a mess.  I've been through dry years, wet years, and torrential years.  I gave up tent camping because I'm old.  Now I rent a Transit and have a hauler and camper all in one.

I rarely have anything I "need" to buy, usually stupid shit like a moped.  I keep an eye out for reasonable Irridiums, etc.  I usually spend hours going through stuff in the swap meet, which has grown to something like 800 + vendors???

Thankfully I've never been there for a full washout.  I always meet many many cool people and see all sorts of exotica.

It has been quite a few years since I have been there. I think it had rained on Friday and I was there on Saturday... swap meet was full of muddy trenches and golf carts every two feet it seemed.
Pretty rare there is ever anything I can find that I need, but it is fun just looking around .

I just ordered a Zeel ignition tester from The Tuning Works in the UK... we will see what finally tally is in a couple weeks

I got taxed with several tariffs, and then had to pay the shipping company on top of that as well on various other euro only parts, previously...

My bill from FedEx was 10% of my Yambits order that was 8 months ago.
