All-inclusive 421 kit made for RZs ordered from AZ quads. Supposed to be here Thursday. Pipes from Wicked are next, then decide on carbs. Leaning towards 36 MM Lectrons or Smart Carbs, but damn they are pricey...

Kit arrived today. This version has the temp sensor hole for use in a RZ. Also coordinated with Gary (Arrow) on the RD LC Crazy forum in the UK to do his magic 421 pump rebuild and upgrade.

Snagged a set of new Keihin PWK 35s set up for this build. If I can ever get Roger on the phone, I will order the big bore stainless steel pipes.  Research indicates center stand has to come off.

I think you will like the way those PWK carbs work, I have these on my RD400 engine and cannot believe how hard it pulls from just above idle on through the RPM range.

For what it's worth I Purchased my pwk carbs from F.A.S.T farm and sand toys. Good experience with them. Lots of banshee items , a lot of which will work with RZ as you already know. good prices

That is quick. Lead time on the Ohaz pipes for my TDR is 3 months.
