Sorry with no pictures but finally the day cam and I finished my first set of pipes for a Rd350. Very excited with how they turned out and excited to offer them to the forum.

Nice job. I just noticed this thread. Great to see the millenniums live on. I have a set and it sounds like you've addressed the weaknesses (poor seal at the flange, rivited canister. Any plans for a stainless option?

Looking good, I assume the piece with the silicon o-ring is welded to the end of the pipe. I did something similar with the DG pipe fitted to my YZ465H when I bought it as I hated how bad the fit was - too long & poor fit over the cast in spigot
