Mystery Gap 2021 bike- details?

A friend of mine sent me this pic of this bike at the Gap 2 Stroke Meet this year. I think it may be a custom Aprilia RS250? Anyone know the owner and mods to this Gulf livery stunner?

I know the bike and the owner. Local to me. I actually worked on that bike a bit before he had it painted.  its a real deal cup, too.
Local shop gouged . the. fuck. out of him for some work they did after i got it running then told him i wasn't going any further with it, It was a full blown track bike its whole life till he got it.  has the aftermarket IGN box on it, and not much else aside from pipes. rest is mechanically stock.

Bodywork is all tyga stuff. its super pretty now. Owners name is Keith.

I also worked on his RS50 (with 70 kit) and that 125 to the left. (and an rd400 he has and a denco motored h2)  .

I missed it Mark but it sure looks good. Sounds like he has some nice bikes.
