I picked up three DT 100's last spring with the intent to flip the best of the bunch. I've rebuilt top end, all news seals, awaiting assembly.
The second 75' is all matching numbers, I scored a J&R pipe in the deal, sourced some Boge Mulholland shocks.

Plan:
1. a complete engine rebuild
2. porting (spoke with John Ritter of Vinatge Porting who invited me to Lawrenceburg, TN to learn the craft)
3. HPI ignition
4. Clarke MX100 plastic tank
5. aluminum rims to lighten unsprung weight

Here's where you can help, I need period correct info from the old timers (old magazine articles/ads with part numbers/cross reference data).
I am looking for Webco head, S&W, Simmons, Betor etc fork assembly that will fit DT frame.
If unable to source those, I will run MX100 head and cylinder as they're aluminum, 76' 34mm MX125 forks.

With the old forum data in the wind, there was a great thread on another DT100 build documenting his performance upgrades. Perhaps someone has a copy?
