Additional frame rigidity, I'm guessing.
Would be cool if that thing had good suspension parts, clean tank inside, good running engine, and no other improvements. Kinda dig the look.

the bar.. old sidecar mount? beats me. easily removed. Puddle doesn't bother me as i trust nothing bought used. My guess is its fuel.
