Ride/meet question

I'm contemplating a 2 stroke only meet/ride.
 I see all those 2t events happening but there is nothing here in Oklahoma at all for us 2t lovers specifically.
 So my question is this
What would you want to see or do at a 2t event?
 Also what would you expect as features that are 2t specific at such an event?
 I already have some Ideas that I want incorporate but still looking for some good ideas
