Id go with some known pipes, 2 sets,  as you have no idea how well those will even work.  hate to go through all that work and it perfom like dog poo. :twocents:

Is there any actual documentation of a 4 into 2 TZ setup like that being run? I mean, Nicks banshee powered ninja runs a 2 into 1 devil dick pipe that actually performs well, but its the only one ive seen that actually somewhat works well.

What frame are you using? I would go with Swarbrick Racing out of the UK. Email him and tell him what you are doing and he may have some ideas on how to build you what you need. I have his pipes on my TZ build street bike and am very happy with them.

I was going to go right to frame as well since that will impact your ability to fit them.  Get pipes made if you are going to all that effort.   Are you planning to gear the cranks or what?

And what's the use in having a 4 cylinder 2-stroke if you don't have 4 smoke stacks :umm:  That's what adds the cool factor ;D

Another thing you could do is once you get the engine built and in a roller with some bodywork on it, then get ahold of Russ Bigley. He may build you some pipes. He is a TZ750 guru and he does build pipes for TZs. Not sure about something like what you'll need but he would have some ideas at a minimum.

Ed Toomey and Stuart Toomey both still make Pipes.
