So been at it bit by bit. Got rear swinger and axle from a forum member. Picked up the bracket off ebay and caliper from yambits. So now I need to figure out brake hose. I've looked at spiegler and goodridge, any feedback on these 2 places to source it? Or recommendations of somewhere else to source a brake line? After that is sorted I'm gonna get the wheel laced up and focus on frame mods for seat/tank.

+1 on the wheel vice
https://www.harborfreight.com/motorcycle-wheel-vise-accessory-57775.html

Put one on my home made fixed height work platform before I picked up a HF lift this summer off craig's list, and put the vice on it. I don't find it rickety at all. It has screw down out riggers to stabilize it and you can move it around with the bike on it when you lower it down all the way.

Taking a bunch of stuff to blaster tomorrow. Curious did you mask the carbs at all?

hope to get top end back from SCR soon. Gonna do the rm vforce 3 set up as per mnsc.
haven't looked into getting everything needed to set up the rear disc yet. not sure really what's involved besides caliper/master and hanger, hoses etc. different axle and spacers? anybody got detailed info for this mod?
