Just sold my 74 on Sunday. Sad day indeed, but I had to make some space for the 82 Katana I just bought. Funny thing is that the guy who replied to my ad an bought the 74 was the same guy I bought the Katana from. Funny world.

Engine covers have runs and some of the screws are painted black.

Why do they even try to call this "original" with so much obviously not.  In what world is resprayed original.  It's nice but can never be called original.

Sounds like he updated the listing based on these comments and now is claiming original miles while noting things the changes and repaint while ignoring the 50year old crank seals.
My real issue is how NADA is running valuations with a massive jump in value from Very Good to Excellent, this is why everyone seems to think they all have more than they do.  Repaint with repop decals, incorrect seat covers/shocks/tires/hardware does not add up to excellent.  Maybe Very good but considering this guy has a bid of $4,950 and is not meeting reserve seems to tell me something...

still listed as a 73. this guy just keeps failing. I wouldn't order a cheesburger from him. Not that i don't like cheeseburgers but id probably wind up with a 27 dollar chicken biscuit.   :bang:

Based on that NADA image above, now we know where he got the "Street Series" tag.
Maybe he picked 1973 because it shows the highest value in NADA? The 74 and 75 are less than half.

That clown actually had a TV show. I ran across it by accident. I couldn't bear to watch more than about 10 minutes because it was so stupid and I couldn't stand the guy (Mr ego-tough-guy). Just way too cheesy.
