When I was in college I ran into a guy from high school a class ahead of mine that had that same bike in 1975.  He let me rip around on it and in May 2975 I bought my new '75 RD350.

i would bet you could use 350 aircooled headpipes with the stock mufflers and probably use the repro 359 baffles in there

I recently got this rd350 ignition switch. It looks like I'm missing 2 tiny screws/bolts that hold the 3 pieces together. Does anyone know where to get these at or is it a lost cause?

pull  the clutch cover something def went awry.  its probanly in there, possibly might need to pull the couch basket to see whats going on but id bet you don't have to split cases

More info.  I pulled the spark plugs, they are both clean.  I think the pistons and cylinders are fine.  Transmission clicks from 1st to neutral to 2nd no problem.

Turning Wrenches / RD350 Stuck kickstarter

The last time I rode the 1975 RD350 the kickstarter was fine. Today it seems to be jammed in the UP position.  I put the bike in gear, gently rolled it forward, put it back in neutral and tried again.  Still stuck.

Any ideas short of taking the engine apart?

it would help if you mentioned what country you are located in and picture or 2 of the bike you're talking about.

The bike is in UK but I spend my time between Florida and UK. Will try and post a picture of how it was when I bought it.
