Good job on the shed Marc! I'm a carpenter by trade, unlike motors where you sweat the .oo1", we fudge .125" all the time......................D

thanks. I will have to brag.. corner to corner measurements are at 1/8" within each other, so its about as square as it can get. .. Im pretty proud of that.

Now i can get on that 72 R5.  :cheerleader:  :metal:

I was looking at the first photo and I thought wtf? You put some weird bodywork and 60's paint on the lightweight bike?

Then I opened up the photo and realized it was a beach towel. Funny...

yeah, i use beach towels to cover them typically, works great.

All this garage talk finally motivated me to make some changes to mine, It has been driving me nuts that my Tools were set up on the side wall, with my lift at the back.  picks are bad but this layout works much better!

You have some RFY emulsions on that 350. Those are really nice shocks for the price. The build quality actually quite superb. A flush and refill with about 10% more oil really makes them killer.

Thanks for the info, I will definitely do that, any weight you suggest?  I bought them because I've been running RFY piggybacks that I bought while in China super cheap on a KZ400ltd and actually really liked them.

Sweet Garage.  I don't have that kind of space so I have to pull the bike out every time. Anyways, the RD350 looks great. I love the handle bars; where are those from? Also, those Ronald McDonald dolls are pretty creepy. Can you take a close-up of one for me? :righteous:

Those are great shocks too. Totally different rebuild process though.

Thanks, ha those were from a Halloween party, when the new IT movie was released I had the brilliant idea of having an all Clown Halloween party.  The Pizza delivery guy wasn't amused [emoji1787]

M in SC, how have you been liking your air compressor placement, does it cut some of the noise out?  I like the idea of getting it up and out of the way.

Thanks for the feedback, I've been debating moving mine into the rafters but didn't know if it would be worth the effort.  It does remind me of a cool garage gadget that I recommend that works well for things like lights and placing things where the switch is hard to reach,  These remote control outlets work great and I can turn on all the lights at once even though they are plugged into different outlets.

I use a similar thing to control the electric heater in my bedroom, except it had a thermostat built in.

They make everything these days.
