Congratulations Russ!

Maybe you will want to join us for the next Bikes and Coffee event at Montgomery Motors.

I like the 1990's graphics, retro.

Russ that might be the same guy I bought the RZ350 (that you now own) from.  You can ask him about that.

Stock RD350 gas tank would be better in my opinion.

Turning Wrenches / Re: LED weirdness

I recently tried an Auxito Canbus tail light bulb and everything works properly.  A few years ago I tried several LED tail light bulbs, regular and Canbus and none of them worked properly at that time.  The main fault I experienced was that the brake warning light in the speedo would blink on and off.

General Chatter / Re: Clip-ons hitting tank

I suggest you make as much clearance as you can without affecting maneuverability.  Otherwise, eventually the bike will go down and your tank with apparently original paint will have a ding or two.

Many years ago I rode around with clubmans and every once in awhile I lowsided, denting the tank and resulting in bondo with new paint.  I probably did that three times in 12th grade, trying to impersonate Kenny Roberts.

Canada has so many great 2 stroke bikes!  I bought an H2 from a guy, I think his nickname is Gordo, years ago.  He put the bike in a crate, drove it across the border and shipped it to me.  Nice job.  I still need to put that bike together while I'm still riding and wrenching.

I'm curious if the material is a little bit flexible to handle vibration.
