I know the rectifier is original to the bike. Ended up buying a new reg/rec unit Economy Cycle with some proper electrical connectors. Holy shit. What a painfully long lesson.

its minimal but yes, technically its less contact area. this can be rectified with tire pressure but 99% of people won't benefit or be hindered because if it. however, you can def feel it, imho due to weight differences and OD. also, all 100 90 18s are not the exact same size, etc. there are variances between makers

It bothers me as it looks a bit too high on the profile. A 100/80 would look pretty good and won't look overdone on the width but when I replace, it will be a 90/90.
